HOW IT WORKS / FAQS
What to Expect:

Book online and choose a time and place for your service, being as transparent as possible about the level of dirtiness and the presence of pet hair (we will charge you for it upon in-person assessment regardless)

If desired ahead of your detail, submit a picture taken from each of the vehicle doors via the emailed link to help us tell you if the "Mud/Spills/Grime" add-on fee will be applied

Meet our Detailer with the keys at specified time and location, giving them your keys and allowing them to tell you if the "Mud/Spills/Grime" add-on fee will be applied (you have the right to decline service at that time if you chose)

Collect the keys and the vehicle at the end of the estimated time provided
Q: What should I do while you are detailing my vehicle? A: Whatever you want to. Go back inside and keep working or watching your show. Observe us from your window if you'd like. We only ask that you be available to come collect your keys and vehicle at the appointed time.
Q: How will I know when you're done with the detail? A: We'll tell you through the booking communication and verbally when we get your keys how long we expect it to take. If we think it will take longer we will text you at the mobile number provided.
Q: Should I expect to tip? A: Tipping is not expected but appreciated. Consider showing your appreciation if you are very happy with the results you already paid for.
